Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their inner selves and overcome personal challenges. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. Our psychotherapists bring lived-experience, education, and training into their work.

To assist clients with long-term personal growth, we offer weekly intensive sessions and may consider bi-weekly once the therapeutic relationship is established. Consistency and accountability are key to sustaining positive change and insight.
Each 50 minute session is $240.
Due to personal privacy of one's mental health, we only accept private pay. We do provide a monthly Superbill for the client to submit to their insurance for reimbursement.
